This Akrapovič exhaust system for the CF Moto 800MT-X is crafted from lightweight titanium for the end cap, bracket, and outer sleeve of the muffler, while the link pipe and internal muffler structure are made of stainless steel. It also features a carbon fiber heat shield on the link pipe, offering protection to the rider and their gear.

A specially designed profile reinforces the muffler surface, giving it increased durability and a sporty look, similar to rally-raid motorcycles. The use of competition-proven materials results in a weight saving of 47.4% (2.4 kg) compared to the original exhaust. This exhaust produces a deep, sporty sound from the 799 cc engine. During tests conducted on Akrapovič's in-house dyno, power gains of +0.7 kW (+1.0 hp) and torque gains of +2.4 Nm at 3,500 rpm were recorded compared to the stock system.

The simplified (plug-and-play) installation requires no engine adjustments. The exhaust is CE/ECE approved and Euro 5+ compliant. It is compatible with original panniers and features an Akrapovič logo sticker on the muffler.
